Resolve Coverage Issues Before They Become Claim Problems

When coverage gaps are caught before a claim goes out, your team is more likely to bill active coverage on the first submission, reducing downstream rework and payment delays.

Help Patients Avoid Unexpected Bills

When billable coverage is verified or discovered before billing, patients are less likely to receive statements for balances their insurance should have covered. That means fewer billing questions and greater confidence in your practice.

Reduce Claim Rejections and A/R Days

Eligibility & Benefits verifies insurance in real time, catching eligibility issues before they become rejections. When a response comes back as “Patient Not Found” or “Inactive Coverage,” your team can use Insurance Discovery FC to search for additional billable coverage before the claim is submitted. The result is more first-pass claim success and fewer accounts delayed by preventable coverage issues.
